2. Pay-Per-Show-Up Model
Some services are offered on a pay-per-show-up basis.
Definition of a “Show-Up”
A “show-up” is defined as a new patient who:
Books an appointment through ThrivePro Media’s marketing systems, and
Attends the scheduled initial consultation (in person or virtual), and
Remains present for the consultation.
What Does NOT Qualify as a Show-Up
The following do not qualify as billable show-ups:
No-shows
Same-day cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled by the clinic
Existing or past patients of the clinic
Internal test bookings, staff bookings, or personal referrals
Duplicate or fraudulent bookings
3. Payment Terms
Fees are charged only for verified show-ups, as defined above.
Pricing per show-up, billing frequency, and payment method are agreed upon separately in writing.
Invoices are issued based on verified attendance records.
All payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. No Guarantees or Medical Claims
While we aim to deliver qualified patient appointments, we do not guarantee:
Revenue
Treatment outcomes
Patient conversions
Medical or weight loss results
All clinical decisions, patient eligibility, and treatment outcomes are solely the responsibility of the clinic.
5. Client Responsibilities
The clinic agrees to:
Accurately represent its services and pricing
Maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance
Handle all patient communications professionally
Follow up with booked patients in a timely manner
We are not responsible for lost opportunities resulting from delayed responses, staff errors, or internal clinic operations.
6. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, systems, copy, and strategies created by ThrivePro Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ThrivePro Media is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for patient behavior, attendance decisions, or treatment outcomes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 30 days.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship with written notice, subject to any outstanding payments for verified show-ups delivered prior to termination.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the clinic engages in illegal, unethical, or misleading practices.
9. Governing Law
